Wedding photographer in Abruzzo
I am Adrianna Czesny, a Polish wedding photographer with 12 years of experience. In Abruzzo I photograph weddings in historic places, combining spontaneous documentary with editorial style and a feel for light.
See the story of Kinga and Mateusz at Convento San Panfilo in Spoltore. The first day was a pizza party with their closest people and an engagement session. The second day was the wedding: getting ready, a first look in the garden, a ceremony in Polish, a candlelit dinner in the cloisters and a party until dawn.
Abruzzo has historic walls, gardens and evening light in the cloisters, but what matters most to me is the people and what happens between them. Abroad I arrive the day before, get to know the venue, and we plan the day together. On the wedding day I guide you only when it is needed, and for the rest of the time I watch and catch the moments no one can plan.

A few words from couples
The couples who lived it tell it best.
Beautiful photographs, like something out of a magazine!
Ada photographed our wedding and the pre-wedding dinner in Abruzzo in June 2026. We are very happy with her work! First of all, Ada is a lovely person, and her presence throughout the whole event never made us feel awkward.
Ada is also superbly organised and works well as a "wedding planner" too: she wrote out a detailed plan of the day and made sure everything "photo-wise" followed it, while we still had time for each other and for celebrating with our guests. She also helped organise a great make-up and hair team for me, who flew out with her.
And of course the photographs: beautiful, like something out of a magazine! Plenty of wonderful, Instagram-worthy shots, and also the right share of moving frames with family and friends. I recommend her with all my heart! ❤️

Before you write
The questions that come up most for a wedding here.
How much does a wedding photographer in Abruzzo cost?
The quote is individual. It depends on the number of days, the venue and travel, which I price separately for each wedding abroad. Write to me with the date and place, and after an online consultation you will get an offer. We sign the contract online, and the deposit reserves the date.
Can you have a church wedding in Abruzzo?
You can: Kinga and Mateusz had a ceremony in the church in Spoltore, in Polish, with a Polish priest. You need the consent of your parish in Poland, and the papers go through the parish and the diocesan curia. A concordat wedding abroad has extra steps, so ask your parish priest.
Can the photographer come on the evening before the wedding?
At Kinga and Mateusz's, yes: I was at the pizza party the day before and did an engagement session for them at a garden table. By the next day I already knew the venue.
How long do you wait for photos from a wedding abroad?
The gallery is usually ready within 1.5–3 months of the wedding. I quote the same time for weddings in Poland and abroad, including a wedding in Abruzzo.
