What data I collect
The only place this site collects data is the contact form. There you share your names, the wedding date, the venue, an approximate budget, a few words about you, a phone number and an e-mail address — and, if you wish, how you found me.
Purpose and legal basis
I process the form data solely to answer your inquiry and prepare an offer.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the correspondence that follows, the controller's legitimate interest.
Data recipients
The site and the mailbox the form delivers to run on infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. — Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the form's e-mail messages. Data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
The form is protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, which quietly analyses technical characteristics of your browser (including the IP address) — no tracking, no profiling. How that service handles data is set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.
How long I keep the data
I keep form messages for the duration of our correspondence. If you decide not to work with me, the correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, port it, and object to its processing.
An e-mail is enough: kontakt@kochamfotografowac.pl.
If you believe I process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Providing data is voluntary
Providing your data is voluntary, but without contact details I will not be able to reply — the form requires them so our correspondence can begin at all.
Automated decisions
Form data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling. I answer every message personally.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site works changes — for example new services are added — I will update this document. The current version is always available at this address.
